This Chef’s Table event showcases a menu crafted directly from the farm's bounty, emphasizing sustainability and the delights of local produce. Whether it's her famous Beerakkai Pizza or the wholesome 100% Ragi Cake, each dish promises not only a treat for your taste buds but also a step towards healthier choices.

Chef Kavitha Mantha, an accidental culinary innovator, opened Sage Farm Café in 2017 to address the surplus produce from her farm. With a passion for extending the shelf life of fresh ingredients through creative recipes, she has transformed her café into Hyderabad’s first and only farm-to-table establishment. Her commitment to using seasonal local produce has earned her multiple accolades, including the Times Restaurateur of the Year 2020 and Ficci Flo Women in Business Award 2024. This pop-up event is your chance to explore how local ingredients can be both healthy and delicious.

 Harvest Highlights:

  • Signature Bread Board : Karivepaku Cremuax with Slivers of Pickled Ash Gourd
  • Starters : Confit of Pumpkin with Seasonal Greens Caponata and Caramelised Nuts with a Karonda Reduction, and Confit of Fish with Cheddar Crisps, Caramelised Nuts and a Karonda Reduction Sauce for those who enjoy meat
  • Main Courses : Stuffed Ravioli Tossed with Roasted Ridgegourd and Cherry Tomatoes Topped with Long Bean Floss, OR Oven Roasted Italian Taco, Stuffed with Creamy Chicken Saffron Risotto with Seared Artikkai and Bael Salsa OR Inside-Out Wellington with Braised Lamb and Bael Salsa for our meat loving friends
